作为开元游戏大厅网站的友好合作伙伴，圣约翰大学开元游戏大厅网站Joshua Alter教授将在12月13日与12月15日为我们的师生进行“Introduction to the U.S. Legal System and Reading Judicial Opinions”为内容的上课，Joshua Alter教授将在上课时分发相应材料，这对英语能力的培养是一件难得的机会。

课程的目的：The course uses a U.S. statute as the vehicle for teaching law and language. Past statutes used have included the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the Endangered Species Act and New York’s burglary statutes. The course focuses on the U.S. legal system, statutes, statutory interpretation, judicial opinions, legal research, legal writing, legal analysis and American law school success.

课程的适用对象：本科生、硕士研究生、博士研究生与有兴趣提高法律英文文本分析的教师。
